Returns & Exchanges
We have a strict "Wrong or Damaged Item Only" return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or fabric feel.
Mandatory Requirements for Returns:
Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible.
Timeline: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
The Process:
Request: Log in to your account, go to My Orders > Order Details > Return, and upload your images and unboxing video.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup. The product will only be collected if it is in its original packaging.
Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our team will verify its condition. If it is not in the original state, the refund will be rejected.
Refunds & Deductions:
Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your total order amount to cover shipping and handling costs.
Credit: The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product passes our quality check.
