Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
We do not ship or process orders on Sundays or National Holidays.
During high-volume periods (like festivals), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: FREE on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website) or as calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages during Transit
Dugge Fashion is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before delivery.
However, as per our Refund Policy, if the product inside is damaged, a mandatory Unboxing Video is required to process a claim.
